On March 14, Caribbean Airlines is launching the first-ever nonstop service between New York City and the new Argyle International Airport in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
The weekly flights, which operate every Wednesday, are competitively priced. But more importantly, they reduce a 7 or 10-hour journey with at least one layover down to only 4 hours and 45 minutes.
And that means that finally, St. Vincent and the Grenadines (a collection of 32 islands with luxury beach resorts and yacht-filled waters) is an easy, accessible weekend getaway.
“Our mission is to connect the region more closely,” Caribbean Airlines CEO Garvin Medera said in a statement. “[And] our valued customers can look forward to a schedule that allows for easy and convenient travel.”
